The month of April

Hello to all my Beautifully Created Image readers. This is the last day in the month of April and my goodness, what an amazing month this has been.  April is the month of my birthday and you guys don’t know this, but I literally celebrate my birthday all month long! Lol! I absolutely love birthdays, but the official date of my birthday is April 13. I thank GOD that he has allowed me to see mid 40’s. I have truly been embracing my 40’s and all that GOD has done for me.  Thanks to my wonderful husband I had the most amazing birthday. After spending 2 years in the house due to covid, I finally mustered up enough courage to head out of town with my husband and stay at a hotel. We went to Savannah for the weekend and what an amazing weekend it was. We dined out for lunch and dinner daily, spent the day at Tybee Island, and enjoyed some quality time walking around Riverwalk. My husband even made reservations to this amazing desert restaurant called, “Better than sex.” The deserts were out of this world delicious! Lol! I also enjoyed some much-needed shopping. I will say, we were very responsible (due to covid) as we kept our mask on and always kept hand sanitizer close by. Other than that, I felt extremely safe since we are both vaccinated. Practicing these little things kept our minds at ease. This outing has made me a bit brave to possibly venture out to different destinations this summer. Maybe not out of the country yet but driving out of the state a little more.

Now for some thank you shout-outs. My first shout out is to my amazing Husband for loving me for 24 years and putting LJ and I first. Thank you for the wonderful time in Savannah! I also want to shout-out my grandmother that GOD has allowed me to still have on earth. I can always count on her to send me a birthday card with twenty dollars inside just for me, her oldest granddaughter. My son purchased a beautiful birthday card for me, and edible arrangements’ chocolate covered strawberries. They were delicious! My Dad always calls first thing in the morning, and we choose a weekend to get together for dinner, and he gives me a birthday card with cash in it. I am so blessed and thankful for all my many blessings. I am thankful that GOD loves me and that nothing can separate me from the love of GOD! I am thankful for all my family and friends. Oh, and before I forget, my amazing friends took me out to dinner for Sushi. They are truly amazing, I love them! So, here’s to another Birthday to see all that GOD has for me!
